Nicky is a solicitor specialising in immigration law and is an integral part of our immigration team. Prior to joining Lane Neave, Nicky worked as a Legal Associate for the Appeal Authorities Secretariat and worked closely with both the Residence Review Board and Removal Review Authority. These roles have provided Nicky with invaluable experience and in-depth knowledge of both immigration policy and the jurisprudence of these two Authorities.
Nicky assists individuals applying for a range of visas as well as providing assistance with appeals to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal.
