SENIOR SOLICITOR
Yue Wang, fluent in English and Mandarin, is a solicitor in Lane Neave’s Immigration team. She has substantial experience in advising on a wide range of immigration needs, with particular experience of advising clients looking to migrate to New Zealand in connection with their investment aims. She has assisted a number of Chinese investors and has dealt with the purchase of businesses ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to multi-million dollar business acquisitions.
Yue is actively involved in the Chinese community. She is the legal adviser for the University of Canterbury Chinese Scholars and Students Society (UCCSSS), which is a Chinese Embassy endorsed society. As UCCSS’ legal adviser, Yue also works with the Chinese Embassy and Department of Internal Affairs.
